Eraclea Shore is a recently developed bathing area on the Adriatic Sea. There is also a riding stable where equitation courses are held, tennis courts that are open after dark, and a bicycle rental service that provides an interesting way to explore the surrounding countryside. The "Laguna del Mort" is a placid mirror of water where nature has remained uncontaminated, and the silence is interrupted only by the whisper of the wind and the call of birds. Numerous species of acquatic birds spend the winter and build their nests here. Eraclea is in a perfect position to allow its guests to visit Venice and other old towns in the Veneto Region.
