With
the boat 1, coming from Piazzale Roma or San Marco, you can stop
at San Silvestro. Passing through the Sottoportego della Pasina,
you arrive in Campo San Silvestro, connected with a small calle
to Campo Sant'Aponal. From here you can follow Rugo Rialto, a long
and straight calle full of shops, at the end of which, on the left
the fish market (Pescheria) ending on the Canal Grande. Next to
the Pescheria there is the vegetable and fruit market, that extends
itself until Rialto bridge. From here, turning on the right, you
can go ahead along the Riva del Vin, a fondamenta on the Canal Grande
full of gondolas, hotels, and coffee shops. At the end of the street
you can turn on the left and find the Campo San Silvestro; from
here it is easy to go to the San Silvestro boat stop and take the
boat line 1 to San Marco or Piazzale Roma.
